A thought about meeting the Senators/Congressmen.
Should we not meet the new senators and congressmen now, BEFORE they actually join office? I have a feeling that once they take office, they will become too busy with day to day stuff and immigration will DEFINITELY become a back-burner issue.
Is it possible to meet the new people moving in after January, now instead of after they take office?

Not sure what to say. But I believe in your original H1 petition requested dates of employment were only for one and a half month and I think you will get only that. Unless attorney files an amendment and documentation for additional 3 years. I dont think USCIS will even look at I-140 approval since it was not eve part of the packet

When E-Filed my EAD Reniewal , I didn't filled these fields (14. Manner of Last Entry & 15.Current Immigration Status) as they are not mandatory fields.Will there be any problem with my application?Anybody on the same boat?If so can you share your experiances?

I am sorry to hear that you have to go through this. You must approach social workers' group in your local area. They will help you get proper treatment from reliable sources, and they will also appoint you a lawyer if you cant afford one.
Dont let that loser off the hook. Despite of all emotions involved in this case, go after him hard and square. Make him pay for what he did to your daughter.
I dont know about your GC process, for which consulting an immigration lawyer is the best thing to do, right now you have a much important issue at hand than just a green card.

Can A2p the wages be pro rated ?
if monthly wages for an employees is 1000 per month then it should be 12000 per year) company need to prove the ability to pay $12000 per year.
but what if the LC was filed in mid year for example June 2005 and CIS RFE is asking to proof ability to pay (only One year) 2005
can it been showed as June - december = 7 month and onwards
$1000 x7= 7000
is it good approch or no

The minimum requirements for a particular job may, and often do differ from the minimum requirements for EB-2 classification. My EAD is going to expire in 3 months and I am filing for my renewal now. What can be done if you don't get the EAD renewal response before the expiry of the current one ?
I heard somewhere, that if you don't receive the renewal notice within 60 days, then you can approach the local USCIS office and get a temporary EAD card for 90 days.
