Phew! I didn't know that I was out of status for an year. As I dig deep, I came to know how much trouble I am in now. If hope and pray that I wouldn't receive any RFE at the time when IO review my application. I didn't had any problem till now.

Obama is more a talking person. He would have given lot of information during this campaign season. But he will not execute. Everyone in the campaign said he is always on the neutral side. He is not with Yes Or No answers.
One thing I want to explain about tax decrease plan.
When the tax decreases for middle class and tax increases for upper class, then the upper class CEO and the business would like to see how they can increase their profit by not increasing the wage of a middle class.
Obama followed a non american politics giving lots and lots to public. But in reality he may sit quiet and only enjoy his benefit as a President.
If Obama elected as President, this economic mess is not going to go away.
Because it is now Global.

Thanks abracadabra for agreeing to the point. It is really funny isn't it, when you notice people fighting over God's? Just the thought of fighting to support your God shows that you really dont belive in his/her strength or you dont really know what God is!! If thats the case, how would that power qualify to be GOD?? Whether it is in Inda/pakisthan/middle east/africa, wherever people fight to save their God/gods are just fighting to avoid confronting their own insecurity:-) What is the difference between me getting insulted on seeing Ganeshas picture on a beer bottle or Jesus's picture on the toilet seat and a circle with two dots as eyes on a person's BUTT, which he claims to represent ME (thomas)? Ofcourse I know that the circle with 2 dotts on his BUTT doesn't represent me so is the same about Ganesha / Jesus. Who has seen these folks?? The big truth is NOBODY!! EVER!! The issue of GOD and religion has been discussed ad nauseum by many great thinkers and philosophers (Spinoza, Voltaire, Hume, Russel etc.). Most of us do not read their opinions and try to broaden our knowledge. We never get beyond what our parents taught us about GOD and religion. What is worse still is that the allegorical descriptions in religious texts are now treated as facts and we often end up arguing over these as well.
Having said that, there is nothing wrong in believing in GOD. There is also nothing wrong if someone is not convinced about the existence of GOD. There are valid philosophical arguments for both cases. Lack of mutual respect and failing to see others point of view is what is causing this rift.

The best option would be to contribute to the IV and let them know that you want the money to go to the AILF. I am sure that is what IV is planning to. It doesn't make sense to fight 2 wars against the same enemy. But said that the AILF has made requests for contributions but not very seriously. The main thing they want is to join the case and even that (the numbers required) I believe is already accomplished. So sit back and enjoy the summer, while spreading the message of this injustice.

AC21 package... any idea how much do they charge ?
Also if i use any attorney for coining just the "AC21 reply" will it change my case representation ? i mean do i have to use attorney for future communications as well ?

What I am not understanding is - why are they even looking at my case now? There are 4 years of applicants ahead of me, why cant the USCIS process those applications first?
I have a sickening feeling that this is going to become more and more common in this economic situation. There must a push from above to reduce the backlogs and if they cannot approve the cases they are going to find a way to deny them on some pretext or other.

All the data shows that we have 20K EB2 I/C with PD before 6/1/2006, and it is comparable with the unused 20K quota from EB1 and EB2-ROW. As stated by Openhemer, the 2 year jump is due to the spillover of 20K to EB2 instead of EB3-ROW and there will NOT be any significant retrogression in Oct. However, a petition is being organized in this forum to stopping this spillover. Only if the petition succeed, we will see EB2 date goes back to 2004.
EB2-India folks should also initiate a petition campaign (on lines of the EB3-India folks) to make sure that these 25K visas do get adjudicated before fiscal year �08 ends.
USCIS may well end up wasting a bulk of these visas, contending that since they are statutorily required to adjudicate all EAD applications within 90 days, and there is a surge in EAD renewals because of (a) July-07 visa bulletin fiasco; and (b) people applying for renewal this month, hoping to get 2 year EAD. Therefore, because of surge in EAD applications, they do not have resources to use up all of this year�s visa numbers.
If this happens even EB3 India will be potential losers also.

Your lawyers are not adding the employment letter because they are working in the ineterst of your HR department and not in your interest. Your HR thinks that after 180 days you will leave the job. So in order to retain you, they are filing incomplete application to invoke an RFE or rejection and keep things iin their control. Hope you are smart enough to see the games people are playing with your greencard application.

USCIS cannot allow people to file for I-485 at its own discretion without visa number availability.
By law, an immigrant visa number has to be available to the alien at the time the application for adjustment of status is filed. See Sec. 245 (a)(3) below.
As someone already mentioned, everyone has full time jobs and can't respond to suggestions immediately. Thanks for the patience and the bright ideas.

In my opinion July 9th onward is the best time to send 485 packages to USCIS. But this is only my opinion and understanding and every one is free to do any thing with their own decisions or with help of their attorney.
Most of the time my many decisions didn’t proven to be good in past as for as my GC processing goes. So please take your own decision yourself and dont be stressed.

Employment letter is a MUST. Without this letter, your application can be denied without even an RFE. Read the latest USCIS memo. Please tell your lawyer and HR.
